Latest MMR Updates

Back in September TMA’s inaugural Distribution Indicator survey suggested that over three quarters of directly authorised brokers expect the Mortgage Market Review (MMR) to force even more intermediary firms from the market.

The MMR itself has received much criticism amongst intermediaries many of which are justified but there are also some good points attached to it.

The first thing I’d urge you to do is actually take the time to read the document and make your own judgement. The FSA website does carry this and any additional announcements made around this subject - http://www.fsa.gov.uk/pages/Library/Policy/CP/2010/10_28.shtml
